It's Snowing

Sorry I haven't been keeping up lately, but life is hectic. Anyway, as I write this it has just stopped snowing at my house. Welcome to winter. I vow to not let it stop me from my outdoor activities, just adjust them. Right now, I am grilling some steaks on the grill and boiling some redskin potatoes. I like the snow right now. I will probably hate this stuff later. The snow helps cover things that detract from my yard. It is cool how it covers and piles up on my lawn ornaments. I know though that sooner than later, I will be out shoveling and clearing my driveway. I live on a backroad and the county only comes around after the storms pass and all the main roads are cleared. Last year, it took two to three days to come around. Oh well, maybe that is a good thing as my life will slow down as I don't need to go out on the roads. It also gives my more time to look at the magazines from nurseries that will be coming soon
